REFUND POLICY

Return and Exchange(s)

You may return ordered items within 14 days of receipt (excluding Gift Cards and customized products).

Please note that for reasons of hygiene and safety, pierced earrings and earring pendants are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return?

Step 1:
Please email our Customer Service team at lionel@laroseejewelry.fr with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return or exchange

  • Reason(s) for the return

Accepted Return Reasons:

  1. The description on the website was inaccurate

  2. Incorrect size ordered

  3. Style not as expected

  4. Product arrived damaged

  5. Dislike of color

  6. Quality did not meet expectations

  7. Delivery issues

  8. Fit or size issues

  9. Incorrect product received

  10. Product discomfort

Our Customer Service specialists will guide you through the next steps to arrange the return.

Step 2:
After receiving confirmation from our team, please ship the item(s) to the designated return address via courier within 14 days.

Kindly ensure the product is returned in its original packaging materials and carton to preserve its condition during transit.

 

Step 3:
Once we receive the returned item(s) along with the stated reason for the return, your return will be processed accordingly.
You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been accepted, and the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.

Important Notes

  • If the item was received as a gift, the refund will automatically be issued to the original purchaser.

  • We do not offer direct product exchanges for online purchases. If you require a different item, please place a new online order.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and are advised to use a reliable courier with tracking, as La Rosée cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.

  • Upon confirmation that the returned item is in its original condition, we will process the refund or arrange the new shipment promptly.

If you request a refund, it will be credited to your original payment method within 7-14 working days.
If you request an exchange, the new item will be dispatched to your original shipping address within 7-14 working days.

 

You will receive an email notification when your return has been received and once your refund or exchange has been completed.

Please note: The time required for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your credit card issuer’s policies. For further information, we recommend contacting your bank directly.

How Long Does It Take for Returns to Be Processed?

Once your return package is received, it will be registered in our system.
You will receive an email notification when the return is processed.

The transmission time for refunds typically takes 3-7 business days after processing, depending on your financial institution.

Please be aware that the complete return and refund process—from the date of your postage—may take up to 3-4 weeks.
