Orders placed through the Website form a binding contract upon La Rosée’s acceptance, confirmed via dispatch email.
The prices at order submission apply. Credit cards are charged only after order acceptance.
The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

You may reserve goods online and collect them at a designated La Rosée store within two business days.
Acceptance occurs when:

You receive a reservation confirmation email, and

You purchase the goods at the store within two days.
Store prices prevail over online prices.
9.2 Goods Unavailability
If goods become unavailable within 30 days of order acceptance, La Rosée may terminate the agreement and issue a full refund.
La Rosée reserves the right to limit quantities and refuse fraudulent orders.
9.3 Price and Additional Costs
The total payment (including taxes, packaging, and delivery) must be made in one transaction.
9.4 Terms of Payment
Payments are due upon order acceptance. Payment methods include credit card, e-wallet, or gift card.
Special orders may require prepayment. Bank details are provided during checkout. Non-payment within 7 banking days may lead to cancellation.
9.5 Delivery and Reservation of Title
Goods are delivered by La Rosée’s appointed delivery service. Risk transfers to you upon delivery.
Goods remain La Rosée’s property until fully paid.
La Rosée strives to deliver within estimated timelines but does not guarantee specific dates.
9.6 Right to Cancel the Purchase Agreement
Except for gift cards, pierced earrings, and customized items, returns are accepted within 7 days from receipt.
To return:

Send the goods back in original condition within 7 days; or

Notify La Rosée by email within 7 days and return within 3 business days.
Partial returns affecting discounts will adjust the refund amount accordingly. Sets must be returned complete unless otherwise stated.
9.7 Liability in Relation to Goods
La Rosée’s liability follows the Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability outlined above.
9.8 Prohibition of Assignment
You may not assign rights under a purchase agreement without La Rosée’s prior written consent.
9.9 Export Control and Sanctions
By placing an order, you certify compliance with all export control and sanctions regulations.
Orders will be canceled if compliance issues arise during La Rosée's screening process.
